Shipping Policy
We offer standard rates for both domestic US and international shipping. If the order is placed before 1PM EST, same-day pickup is available on the Upper West Side for those located in New York City. If received before 1PM EST, we will endeavor to process all orders within 24-48 hours.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. f you've changed your mind about a full price item, or if you need a different size, please contact us to initiate a return or exchange (within 2 weeks of purchase) at info@mygreenkid.com. For all clearance items, pieces can be returned for clearance credit.
